Chief Learning Officer and Principal Researcher, Sara Cameron May, leads a team of project specialists. She has served as a Director for several professional associations in the legal and healthcare arenas and has provided consulting services to most major professions. She holds doctoral and masters degrees in Continuing Professional Education, Research and Organization Development.

Her own research interests include
• Best practices for the education unit of the professional association,
• Effective CEO, C-suite and board behaviors and skills, and
• Best practices for maximizing effectiveness of educational events.
